Create a client with their name, email, phone, company name, website, and full address (address line 1 & 2, city, postal code, country, province). Add notes for your own reference. When you create an invoice or quote, pick the client and their details are ready to use.
Invoices & Quotes Per Client
Every client record shows how many invoices and quotes you’ve sent them, total invoice value, and balance due. Open a client to see recent invoices and quotes, total collected, outstanding balance, revenue in the last 3 months, and overdue amount—so you know who to follow up with.
Find Clients Quickly
Search by client name, email, or client ID. Filter the list by all clients, active only, inactive only, or past due (clients with an outstanding balance). The list is ordered by newest first so you can jump to recently added clients fast.
Edit or Remove Anytime
Update a client’s contact details, address, or notes whenever something changes. You can mark a client inactive or delete them if you no longer work together. Your invoices and payment history stay intact so you keep a clear record.
